1932 / 2019 – fue un compositor, arreglista, director de orquesta y pianista francés, reconocido mundialmente por sus contribuciones a la música de cine, jazz y música popular. Su estilo se caracteriza por una sensibilidad melódica única, sofisticadas armonías y una capacidad para fusionar géneros con elegancia – compuso más de 200 bandas sonoras para cine y televisión -Trabajó con artistas como Miles Davis, Barbra Streisand, Frank Sinatra, Sting y Ray Charles.-
